We offer Easy and Hassle Free Returns and Exchanges within 60 days of purchase for most products. Exceptions apply, including but not limited to personal hygiene, protective (face masks), sanitizers. Due to COVID-19 and the safety of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. Returns are quarantined for a minimum of 7 days.
You do not need a return authorization. Please send the return with your order # on a note or a copy of the packing slip provided with your purchase.
CONDITION: Please DO NOT remove tags until you are satisfied, as original tags must be in place for us to accept returns unless otherwise approved by us.
We do not accept items that are worn or used. You may of course try on apparel or items for purpose of sizing. No refund will be given for items that show wear.
COVID-19: If you or anyone in your household is sick, please do not send us a return due to hygiene and safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. Absolutely no returns on PPE, Face Masks, Face Shields, Hand Sanitizers, Gloves, and some other apparel products. There will be no exceptions.
EXCHANGES: For exchanges, please write a note with the order # or include a copy of the packing slip and let us know what size or color you would like instead. If it is available, we will send it, or we will issue a refund if the exchange is unavailable.
RETURNS SHIPPING: We do not pay for postage of returns or exchanges unless there is a verifiable item defect. Many products we sell come with manufacturer's warranty.
RETURNS PROCESSING DELAY: We quarantine returns we receive for several days, and use UV Light to disinfect them. We use gloves and masks, but we do ask for a courtesy - please do not return items to us if you or anyone in your household / business establishment is sick.
